Utilizing Bitlayer’s 3-Way Bridge to Bridge in USDT, USDC, and ETH Assets (Meson Version)(Ethereum chain)

As Bitlayer is currently the hottest BTC Layer2 project with the most vibrant ecosystem, As we continue growing rapidly, the Bitlayer team is focused on providing education and resources to our users. One of the biggest demands we see is the need to bridge USDT, USDC, and ETH into the Bitlayer ecosystem. Today, we’ll guide you step by step on how to use the third-party bridge in the Bitlayer ecosystem.

1.  Go to the Bitlayer official website: https://www.bitlayer.org/, and click on [Bridge & Earn].

2.  Scroll down to the Third-Party Bridge section and click on [Meson].

3.  You’ll be redirected to the Meson bridge. Click on [Connect Your Wallet].

4.  Choose the wallet you’d like to use. Here, we take OKX Wallet as an example.

5.  As shown in the figure below:

• Select the starting chain you want to cross from at [1] — ETH.

• Choose the currency you want to cross from on the starting chain at [2].

• Select the Bitlayer chain at [3].

• Enter the amount you want to cross at [4].

• The amount you’ll actually cross to the Bitlayer chain after deducting the fee is shown at [5].

• The fee charged by Meson for this cross-chain transfer is displayed at [6]. Click [Swap] at [7].

6.  Click on [Customize Approval Amount] and authorize the required amount for this cross-chain transfer. Then, click [Confirm] on the OKX wallet authorization page.

7.  Click [Confirm] on the Meson confirmation page, then again on the OKX signing page, and finally on the OKX contract interaction page.

8.  Now, wait for Meson to process the exchange request.

9.  When you see the “Swap Successfully” page below, congratulations! You have successfully bridged into Bitlayer.

10.  Click on the wallet in the upper right corner to view your exchange records.

11.  Select the Bitlayer network in your wallet plugin to view your current assets in Bitlayer.

12.  Lastly, a friendly reminder:

• Meson Bridge has no minimum limit for bridging into or out of the Bitlayer network, as long as you have enough to cover the minimum fee.

• Maximum amounts: BTC: 0.2 BTC ETH: 5 ETH USDT: 10,000 USDT USDC: 10,000 USDC
